A-La-Carte Services

  • We start in our Clear Rhythm Tier for clean-up work. 

    The timeframe is dependent on the scope of the file. But we will give you an estimated time before we begin, and you will get regular updates as to it’s progress as we proceed.

    After the clean-up is completed, you can move into the subscription that best fits your needs for the season.

  • We LOVE helping you determine if it is the best strategy for you to become an Scorp. One of the most prevalent things we see is a business that elects Scorp too early, and is hit with more compliance and tax burdens…exactly the opposite of what your desired out come is!

    SCorp Analysis: $650

    Step 1: We do a deep dive analysis of your business books

    Step 2: We gather all data normally used to prepare your personal taxes

    Step 3: We run a real life tax projection using the data

    Step 4: We can see the actual tax savings in dollars- and compare that reality to other business goals you might be deciding on…like hiring more help, which will change the timing for your Scorp conversion. 

    *Don’t fall for the “Everyone should be an SCorp and save thousands!”  SCorp conversion is a strategy that can be deployed too early and make things harder than they should be.

    SCorp Implementation: $3,850

    Step 1. File your conversion with IRS 

    Step 2. Calculate the reasonable compensation

    Step 3: Set up your accountable plan

    Step 4: Set up your payroll and reimbursement schedule- you will run it, but we will offer support to you and reminders for the first six months.

    Step 5: We will do another mid year estimated tax meeting to make sure you are on target to have taxes prepaid, this conversion changes the timing you were used to.
